Default i have a question, give me an answer please!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi there, i got this engine ,i was told is a vintage super cyclone made in the 40's , and have a few questions please.
i did some research and found that this type of engines was manufactured douring the 30's,40's ,50's,and 60's, then it was reproduced douring the 70's and replicas were sold douring the 80's and 90's. also i found that some of this engines are pre-war and post war; how can i tell?
questions:
i was told that this engine it was made in the early 40's, how can i know that?
how can i identify how old is this engine?
how can i establish if this engine is an original vintage or a replica?
im going to appreciatte any details and history you guys can show me and tell me.
thanks again.

Thanks ray but:
I did see that, but its a very general article,it doesnt really specify detail.
For example, how to identifie an original from a reproduction.
Thanks.
