Looks like one of the Tartan family.
There's a distinctiveness to the styling.
I expect it'll be about 22 cc.... and pretty gutless, with that inlet porting.

Thanks Bogbeagle. I believe you are correct! Searched ebay just now for Tartan and a bunch just like it popped up. I Just had no idea where to begin with identifying it!
