Default Looking for Plans

I'm looking for plans to a plane that I bought from a hobby shop (used OLD). It's a sweet&low. I'm not sure who made the kit but it's no longer available. I had a motor that I was having trouble with on it and it cut off at a very bad time (low level headed straight up) Trashed the front of the fuse, I really love the plane and wanted to rebuild the front of the fuse. just looking for plans to it.[8D]

Midwest kitted the Sweet and Low Stik. They don't make it any more (sad!). They sell plans to some of their obsolete planes, but I don't see the S&L on the list.

Perhaps someone who has them can copy you a set. My distant memory was that they had a full size side view but no parts patterns. The Stik structure is pretty simple. Can you piece it together enough to get the needed patterns?

If my memory is correct the Sweet & Low stick was a regular Ugly Stick with the fuselage flipped over to make it a low winger. Seeing how the wing was fully symmetrical and at zero incidence with the tail. I would think you could take a standard kit and modify to the Sweet & Low configuration fairly easy.

Actually, looking at the link that kdheath put up there, the Sweet n low is listed as follows on their plan list:

Did you ever get the plans for the Sweet & Low stick. I still have the plans. They are about 13 years old and folded. I am sure I can get a copy made if you are still needing it.

What size sweet and low? I have the giant scale from Midwest Products Co. Plans say to use Quadra 35.

Sorry, I did not realize that they made different sizes.

Mine was the .40 size.
