sig 1965 cessna 172 54" wingspan .09-.19 engine (plans needed)
i was recently given an old sig kit from the 60's - i think its from 65 since that was the year of the ama renewal card inside the box.. it is a cessna 172 -- 54" wing span -- and is for .09 - .19 engine - - all the parts are there i think but i have no plans - does anyone know when i can get a copy of these plans and instructions - i tried emailing sig but have not heard anything back from them yet - - thanks a million- - micah

There won't be a reply from SIG also.
The SIG Cessna was only available for a short time. It was a re-hash of the Berkeley kit of 1956-1960.
I have plans and parts for the Berkeley kit around here. See my web site for information.
Do you have a printer that can run off a large sized plan from a download? I can send you the plan in a TIF format.

Sig and Fox purchased the Berkeley rights and assets when Bill Effinger closed the company. For a time Sig marketed a number of the kits with their label then removed them from the market. The Berkeley and Sig 172 are one and the same kit.
