Perhaps you are thinking of Tom Dixon. Has control line plans and some vintage RC too.

Yes Mr High Plains, that's exactly right, I was thinking of Tom Dixon. I had Bob Dixon stuck in my mind earlier this evening and, obviously, couldn't shake it. Thanks for the info.
