thought i might like to scratch build this vintage twin to see how it flies against todays twins.thanks

You may want to continue looking for the correct plans, but have originals for the Livewire Twin, the immediate predecessor to the Viscount twin. Big difference is in canopy shape and rudder.
Also have the three versions of the Viscount (single engine).

The deBolt twin Viscount was published in the September 1963 issue of Model Airplane News. Five pages including a page and half of plans. I blew up the plans to build one, but haven't gotten around to cutting wood yet. 60 inches and about 710 squares if my memory is working tonight. PM me if you want a copy of the article.
