Default Miss Martha

I have a miss martha kit from years ago that has plywood sides and time has taken a toll on them. one side is warped so bad that I will not use it. Has anyone tried substituting balsa on the sides? Is there any reason that balsa would'nt be as good as plywood? Thanks

Default RE: Miss Martha

flyerdave, The one I built from plans was all balsa (per the plans). I had a kit of
the Miss Martha as well and it was all balsa also. So using balsa should not be a
problem. I may build another one someday as I cut enough ribs to build two.
