Glasscraft Viper
Anybody seen or remember this airplane? It was designed by Max Beauchamp and was manufactured @ 1965. This one is a nicely done glass fuselage and foam wing. Several of the fellows in the Delaware R/C Club had them.
The airplane is so clean that you had to set up your approach at least 2 miles out (I'm not kidding!)
With the engine idled down as low as you can get it, this airplane will float forever. We had fun laughing at the poor sap who had to make approach after approach just to get it down.
Sorry fellas, it's not available at any price!
