Guillows Trixter Beam Kit
I am looking for a Guillows Trixter Beam kit or a
repo, kit. It was what I learned to fly RC on When
I was 17 years old. I am 63 now. If that tells
you something.[sm=49_49.gif]

Another plan from M.A.N. is the Mini Trixter Beam by Bob Aberle with 32" span for e-power.
My memory just jogged into action and I check my database. Bob Aberle did a redesign of the original Trixter Beam which appeared in the June, 1974 issue of Model Builder magazine. The wingspan was given as 50 inches.

RE: Guillows Trixter Beam Kit
Hank, the guy behind the wing is my dad, the guy cranking is the owner and he owned a very small hobby shop that was an OK dealer so most guys in our area were useing OKs at that time. The final demise of that Beam was radio mal function on Sunday morning when it spun into a rural tin roofed church during the service. You could imagine the sound! It was told that the people started running out of the church just screaming. You can imagine that sound as well! Church roof won out over the Beam. Cheers and Happy NEW YEAR to all! Bill

I went to the AMA site. The plans
are not there. This was a good plane.
I do not understand why it is not around
anymore?[sm=confused.gif]
