Default Controlaire Schematics

Greetings,

Found these today and wanted to share them for your interest, use, etc.

Also is a photo of the Top Flight Schoolboy, which was my first plane to "wiggle" through the sky!

God Bless our Veterans!

I found My World Engines catalog from 1966-1967. It has the controlaire line of TX and Rx's and schematics, prices and "new items". Really fun to look thru it. I flew a school boy in the late 60's with a Cox 049, babcock escapement (rubber band wound). I still have a school boy in the box. Does anyone have a Mule Mk II they want to sell?? Thanks, Jon Francis.

I have a fair number of schematics for this type of equipment. Copies are available.

Default Controlaire 10 operating voltages/battery size required

Do you or or anyone know the transmitter and receiver operating voltage for a Controlaire 10 reed system? I believe the receiver is 7,.5 operating voltage and is the transmitter 9 volts in a 10 channel reed tone system?...Thanks...Joe

I know this is an old 2009 post, lets see if it works. I replied to EloyM but no reply, in fact the email actually failed. Is he still active? I am looking for the UK built Remcon Versatile 12 channel reed system schematics or any info on the 1960's system. Do you know of a source?...Thanks..Joe

I now have all the info I need for my Controlaire 10 channel thanks to the people on this RCU forum. Now, working on a Remcon 12 ch. system, need info for that one.
