As you look around, your gonna find that the Swizzle Stick was discontinued 30 years ago....But a few are still out there, and plans will be fairly easy to find....

ORIGINAL: SoonerAce As you look around, your gonna find that the Swizzle Stick was discontinued 30 years ago....But a few are still out there, and plans will be fairly easy to find.... -------------- While the 3-channel Swizzle Stik may be extinct, there are, or were, four channel versions available from Balsa USA for quite a while. The Lite Stik is basically a Swizzle Stik with ailerons. |
RE: SWIZZLE STIK
Balsa USA sells modern versions of the Swizzle Stick called "Stick 40 (3 ch.) and Stick 40 Plus (4 ch.). Their website address is: www.balsausa.com. They also sell a wing kit for the Stick 40 Plus. I built the Swizzle Stick about 30 years ago and the Stick 40 Plus recently. They are very similar.

RE: SWIZZLE STIK
Those plans originally appeared in RCM magazine and should be available from their plans service if it's still operating. I think they had three different sizes. They were called the Quik Stik.
