Default Great Planes P6E Hawk ARF

Hi,
What size gas engine should I use for this airplane. DLE20, DLE 30 or something in between.

The DLE 20 CC should be an adequate engine for this aircraft.
I use a DLE30 CC on my 82" span GEEBEE racer which has a very large cowl 10" diameter that creates a lot of drag. I can do rolling vertical climbs with it.

The kit will allow up to a 30cc gasoline engine. As long as you balance the model correctly, you'll be OK.

I've got a DLE35RA in mine and it still require 2.28 lbs of lead in, on and around the ballast box. Flies great!
