TF GE P-47
Mr. Baxter,
I'm building the TF Gold Ed P-47 and have a problem with the pushrod inner tubes. Step 13 of the tail gear installation (page 23) require the installation of four 3/8" pieces of the inner pushrod tubes (stock# PLTB004) on the rudder pushrod. The problem is the inner pushrod inner diameter appears to be the same as the outer diameter of the pushrod, .074". The pushrod will not fit into the inner rods. How critical are they?
Thanks for any help,
Tom "NCFlash"
Also, I noticed a minor typo on the plans. The templates for the aft top sheeting both have "RAZORBACK" stamped on them. The instructions for the buble canopy version state to cut the aft sheeting per the templates on the plans but there are no templates for the bubble canopy sheeting. Like i mentioned minor point, I was able to figure out which template to use.

You may have gotten a double-set of inner or outer tubes. the pushrod should move easily inside the outer tubes.
