Default AXE CP without training gear

WOW guys I just hovered my AXE cp without training gear for the first time! It flys 10000 times better then with the training gear!! I just wanted to test it out to see what it was like because i feel pretty good with hovering the axe with the training gear boy am i glad i did! All the wabling vibrating instantly went away! As well as the problems i was having with the tail always wanting to turn one way or another it totaly balanced the heli out when i took them off man was that great! No more training sticks for me!! I suggest to everyone that has an axe cp if you can hover and land the heli without problems I mean land soft and level with the sticks on give it a try with out them, its completely differnt but in a good way!

Dude, I removed my training gear yesterday and was going to post about it but you beat me to it. Axe hovers much better as you said. Totaly different flight and feel. When I start to pratice nose in hovers I will put gear back on but for now "Look Ma,No training gear!"

Are you guys using the stock radio? And how long had you been practicing hovering before you took the gear off? I may have to give it a try!

Ive had three different helis (Blade CX,CP,and AXE CP) and they all did the same thing. Its like the training gear makes it Harder. I recommend everyone, DITCH the wabbling DEATH BALLS!

Yeah, I found that out in a funny way. I took my traning gear off so I could fix one of the balls that was coming loose. Well I set it down and came back later and started flying, I got up in the air and was like man this thing is flying good it was about that time I noticed I forgot to put the traning gear back on LOL! I was like crap, so I eased her down and put them back on... flew and was like, you know what I dont need those things anymore! Well except like was noted above when I get ready to go nose in.

As soon as you can keep it up in the air, take off the training gear. So far, I've clocked in like 10 flights without it, and it's totally easy to hover now. I'm starting to try forward flying.
