Email or phone? This email ([email protected])?? Just wondering why I haven't received either a read receipt or an acknowledgment of my email!

Matt,
I contacted them at that address, and they seemed to answer in a day or two.
I just sent mine in for repair/replacement. I also sent the rebate form in the box, so they should process that at the same time.
They seem to answer that email...but you can call the number too. 217-398-0007

OK, guess I'll just wait a bit before I call. BTW, there wasn't any kind of warranty thingy I was supposed to send in, was there? Will the Tower Hobbies invoice work??

I have had good luck calling. If the "Heli" guy is not there they will tell you. He has been very helpful and has provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. If a part is defective or even sounds defective they have replaced it without question. Something very rare it seems in todays world.

Mine was bad out of the box and it took them several days to reply via e-mail. I contacted them via e-mail and left a VM on the phone line initially.
