Default Convert Helimax Axe CX to mode 1

Has anyone tried to convert the Helimax Axe CX from the default mode 2 to mode 1 ? Switching the TX is easy but what about the Heli side . Is it as easy as swapping the receiver channels? Tks

mode 2 to mode 1? as in swapping the sticks on the tx?

if so, what is to change on the heli side? its still the same right? ail is still ail... roll is still roll... all your doing is swapping the sticks from left to right and right to left.

sorry if I misunderstood or am not seeing something the right way.

Mode 1 : Throttle and Aileron on right stick, Elev and Rudder on left stick. Mode 2 = Elev/Ail on right stick and Throttle/Rudder on left stick. So for older TX besides swapping the spring/ ratchet from left to right , I also have to swap the Elevator and Rudder connections to the receiver because it cannot be swapped in the TX. However for newer TX models the channels are automatically swapped in the TX when you select mode1 or mode 2 electronically. . I am just wondering whether this function is available in the supplied HELIMAX Axe CX transmitter either through the setup menu or a mode1/mode2 switch.
