Default Tail Rotor Popping OFF!!!!!!!

So, took out the tail rotor. Ordered two up. Well, first one broke when I was putting it on. Put the second on, and it keeps popping off in flight How the heck do you keep these things on?!?!?!?![:@] Thanks!

Also, once the new rotor was on, the heli was yawing left horribly, even with full right trim. So, I tried to adjust the gain, and now it's really messed up. What can I do? [:@] Thanks

Make sure you are putting the tail rotor on the right way. Putting it on the wrong way will cause it to fly right off and it will also spin it uncontrollably.

Thanks for the reply. I considered that, so I switched it around. The tail is still wild. But for the record, which way IS the correct way? I'm guessing the way which pushes the prop in towards the motor so that it doesn't pop off, right? Common sense, right?
