Help please EC145 does not work
 

I have a brand new EC145 that I can't get in the air. I have the Tx-R version linked to my brand new Tactic TTX650. When I bench test the unit the tail rotor starts spinning before the main rotor causing the copter to spin in place. When I hold the copter on the bench and add power the tail rotor spins then the main rotor spins and then it just shuts down. If I disconnect the battery and reconnect it the same thing takes place. Am I doing something wrong or does this copter need to go back. My battery voltage is 3.71 and 3.73. I only charged 2 of the 4 batteries I bought. As this is my first Heli-Max product I really need your help. As you know this copter is not cheap and I thought I would have no problems with it.
