Throttle Trim

Where should I put my trim at for the throttle? Sometimes, I can't get it to hover at a steady altitude. It's either too much or too little throttle. They should have made the throttle stick glide smooth instead of geartooth style. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
EM

yeah, mod it =-)

I did this and it works great, fuel tubing also works well, or just whatever you have to put around it.

Thanks for sharing that information.
Sounds like I can really have more control especially when coming down and setting the heli on the pad close to me

To bad they didn't think of doing that at the factory.
Sometimes the throttle is just over or below that notch.

If you buy a dedicated Heli Transmitter, they usually come with the throttle ratcheting feature removed. Its a simple mod, really, and should help find the sweet spot.
