Help AXE CP Servos

Hi all, my heli was doing fine then when I turn on the TX and plug in my battery the servos all go to the extreme and the swash plate never levels out. I have the gyro 240 setup with c-12 ESC. The light on the 3 and 1 board goes green and the ESC goes blue. Even when I bypass the gyro the servos go to 90 degrees and there is no power at all.

Found the problem, after changing the ESC Board it turns out the batteries in the TX were very low and the red light on the stock TX didn't come on
