Help with BL setup
 

Hello Every one. Can any one give me some tips on my BL setup?

I have:
HDX3800kv Motor 12t pinion
Dynam 30a ESC (Set to soft timing)
1300ma Lipo
axe rx - 6EXH tx

It runs much cooler than with the brushed motor but I am getting the same flight times with the BL as the brushed(8min).

I tried 13t pinion and the flight time went down to 6min and the motor is hotter.

That's the way these things work. Bigger pinion, better performance, shorter duration.

So if I go with a smaller pinion I will get better flight times?

For a longer flight time what kv motor should I use ?
