BELL HILLER PROBLEM!!! please help somebody

Hey everyone...
HOW IN THE WORLD DO I DISASSEMBLE the Blade grip from the "mixing arm?" it's the little arm that connects to the blade grips with the 2 ball links.. the blade grip broke and I just bought a new blade grip because the mixing arm was in perfect condition... The problem is is that I CAN NOT disassemble the mixing arm from the broken blade grip... when I turn the screw everything just turns inside? how in the hell do I do it!?

First remove both main blades (M2x20 bolt), the nut should stay stuck in the bottom of the blade grip, thread the bolt into the nut at the bottom side & pry it out (for use in new blade grip).
Now you'll need (2) M2 wrenches, stick them down the center of the blade grip, hold one wrench & turn the other counter-clockwise, removing only 1 (M2x8) bolt & washer. If you have the Bell-hiller head, remove the phillips screw that holds the mix lever to the blade grip, carefully twist the blade grip 90' and slide it off the feathering spindle & thru the stabilizer link (careful not to drop the shim & O-ring dampner between the blade-grip and the rotorhead). Now you can push the feather spindle out the other side, remove the other bolt & washer & check to see if the shaft it bent, by rolling it on a flat surface. Don't forget about the thrust bearings within the blade grips, install the feathering spindle in just one grip (complete with 1 bolt & washer), pull & rotate the grip on the shaft, feel crunchy or like it has detents=toasted bearings). You can use a 4mm wrench to push the bearings & spacer out of the blade grips (push from the grip side, pushing the bearing-spacer-bearing out on the rotor side of the blade grip. Reinstallation is the opposite, push a bearing in from the rotor side of the blade grip, then the spacer, then the last bearing.

Installation is just as easy, smear a little grease on the O-rings and fit them into the rotorhead, twist & fit the blade grip back within the stabilizer link, push the feathering spindle thru the blade grip just pass the thrust bearings, install the shim between the blade grip and the O-ring dampner, continue pushing the spindle thru the rotorhead by about 1/16" install the other shim, blade grip, screw on the mix lever to the blade grips, now put a dab of Blue LOCK-TITE on 1 of the bolts, install them (washer & bolt, both sides).

You don't say what model heli you have. Sounds like it might be like my CPv3.
If thats the case there is a blind nut behind that screw. You have to look close
to see it. Because the part of the nut you can see is only about .020" thick
and the same color as the plastic. You'll have to hold the nut with something
like needle nose pliers to keep it from spinning. Don't feel bad it tripped me
up for awhile too.

Good Luck
