sceadu 30 and 50
 

Hi all
What is the difference between the sceadu 30 and the sceadu 50????
if i buy the 30 , with an 30 size engine , can i upgrade my engine for 50 size later?or must i have a lot of changes?

The engine mount and clutch bell/pinion are the big items, and also different blades. Not sure if it is the case with the Evo's or not (haven't looked at a 30 in a long, long, long time!) but the old Sceadu 30 didn't have DTDS on it, and you would have to add if you wanted it. Probably not the case now, but might be worth checking.

Also, all of the links on the 50 are push pull so as to not put to much strain on one link.

Go with the 50 size. It will cost you more in the long run if you start with a 30 and then upgrade to a 50 size.

They also do a 30 / 50 which i have so you can easily and cheaply upgrade, i however just found that getting spares sometimes confuses the hell out of hirobo nd keep getting the wrong parts, i do get the right ones eventually though
