Evo 50 Damper question

Im trying to replace my stock dampers with the Infinavation dampeners, and cant seem to get the blade holders off so i can get to the yoke. anyone think of something i could be doing wrong?

Remove the short links

Remove a spindle bolt.

Pull the grip off.
