Default Multiplex Micro-IPD 7 channel receiver

Irecently aquired a Mpx Pico and Micro-IPD receivers new. The Pico works awesome, using a Mpx crystal and my JR S400 radio. However with the same radio and crystal the Micro-IPD doesnt work at all.
Idid a forum search and found nothing useful. Help please. Am I doing something wrong? What should I do?

It should have worked then if it were a good receiver. Where did the receiver come from?

Further to Brendan'sposts and not wishing to intrude, check programming plug is not inserted during intial set up.
TXmust be switched on first off last.
Iinitial TX recognition is recommended for most known similar IPDRX, with TXantenna down and held between.5<2cmfrom RX.
Please refer section 4.3 of the Multiplex IPD"Techno Tips" -
"Valid only for Single Conversion Micro IPD" - "avoid extreme signals"
- perhaps EPA of one of your TX channels is to wide.
Copy English Instr. attached in case of need.

Hi
You need to check whether its a single conversion rx or a duel conversion.I think maybe the micro is a single conversion rx.
I maybe wrong of course.
It will require the right crystal

I have checked and both it and the Pico are single conversion and therefore should require the same crystal. The crystal I used in both receivers works fine in the Pico.
