Default Current draw on 5645?

How many amp Sbec is recommended for 4 5645s on a 60 sized 3d plane?

Full stall (motor can't turn anymore) will be right around 1 amp maximum before the servo burns up, so a 5 amp BEC should be plenty for 4 of them, however I'd probably push you more towards something with more current capability. Castle Creations 10 amp BEC should work fine.

If you look at the specs on how castle rates them, there 10 amp is only good for about 5 amps continuous on 6s.

Thanks for the info.

Would a 5945 be much different on amp draw?

Don't worry about continuous full stall current on all of the servos when when choosing a BEC. You'll never see anywhere near that current in normal operation. A servo should never be stalled under any condition.
The HS-5645's have a rep for having poor centering. The HS-5625's would be a better choice being a little faster, but still having more torque than your .60 plane should need, even for 3D.
Have you looked at the new HV Hitecs. The HS-5495BH, the Karbonite gears be give you the least slop and stay tighter than a MG servo will. The HS-5496MH is also a good choice for that size bird if you're more comfortable with metal gears.
Good luck,
Pete

5 amps continuous is plenty, the 4 servos likely won't come close to that, even if you somehow manage to stall all 4. Your application shouldn't be pushing the limits of the servo though.

5945 will be similar. The running current on these servos is only around 400-500mah MAX depending on the voltage and the loads.
