Default Hobbico CS-65 is a Hitec 605 BB

I am going to miss the discontinued 605 BB. I have purchased and used about 18 of them and they have been flawless. When I heard they were being discontinued I bought-out my local hobby shop. About 8 servos. I like the 77 in.oz. torque and .16 sec. speed for under $30. That is a tough combination to find. Then today my dealer showed me the Hobbico Command CS-65. Amazingly, it appears to be a 605 BB with the Hobbico brand. I don't know how long they will continue to offer this product, but I bought one to check it out. Maybe Mike has a commentary on this product.

Hmm... Isn't that interesting! I don't know if the CS-65 will be discontinued or not.

Mike.

Hmmm.... Mike. Of further interest is that when you look-up a replacement gear set for a Hobbico CS-65 in my local hobby shops computer it lists the gear train for a Hitec 605 BB. Hmmm... I guess you'll be selling some gear sets for this "Very Similar" servo.

Hey, it is all fine by me. It has been a good servo.
