Nylon to Karbonite Gear Switch
Are there any Karbonite Gear sets that will fit other Hitec servos with nylon gears? Such as the 425BB and 605BB.
Also, is there any thing I can do to a 605 to get it to center better?

There are no Karbonite replacement gears for other servos unless they came with them.
To improve resolution on any servo, mount the linkage as close to the center of the horn as possible and use the EPA to get the prober travel even if you have to use 125%
