Mike, I have a question.
On todays FM transmitters which have the 20Khz narrow band spacing. What is the typical Hitec transmitter spec (bandwith at some dB level) ? Most bandwidths (for filters, etc) are usually specified as x.xKhz at -6dB. Are Hitec R/C Tx specifications 20Khz (or less) at -30dB, -40dB, or ? to allow for some guardbanding, crystal frequency shift, etc. What I wanted to do is compare some older AM units (should be less than the 20Khz FM units) and look at a wideband FM unit if I can find one locally.
