Default New 5945's

Hey Mike,
I just purchased six 5945,s through my LHS for my latest 1/3 scale project. The question I have is in regards to the date stamp on these, which is March 02. I know my LHS had to order these so it's not a case of them sitting in their shop for two years. Does this sound right or have they been sitting on a shelf somewhere? Has there been any upgrades or changes in the 5945,s since March 02? I'd just feel a little more comfortable if the date on the ones I bought was a little more recent. Thanks.

Do they show a version number by chance?

I believe Mar 02 stickers signify that they have the latest software update, not that they were manufactured in March 02.

That's correct... MAR02 is the date of the software. They are fine.

Mike.
