Default Servo extensions on GP Extra 330L

I'm planning on running two HS-5945 servos in the tail of my GP Extra 330L, and two HS-5945 servos in each wing half. What would you suggest for servo extensions and/or y-connectors? I'm using a PCM receiver. What about fiber-optic leads?

The heavy duty extentions will work fine.

You know what I'm going to say don't you?? Fiber Optic extensions all the way, join the real hightech revolution.

The Hitec guys won't agree because they don't sell them.

To possibly better market your leads... What's the point?? I think using heavy duty wire extensions is perfectly fine, if there is any benefit what-so-ever, I doubt it's greatly noticable.

I would bet Rogers fiber optic extentions would be worry free (if thats ever possible :-) )

But I and many others are using heavy duty extentions on larger planes without problems.

If you are, or think you are going to have problems, I would highly reccomend, fiber-optic.

Heavy duty wires is a must no matter what. But the Fiber optic is used to eleminate any possibilities of ignition noise or any other noise for that matter and the problems associated with long wires.

aerografixs- Please don't put words in my mouth. I would not hesitate suggesting something to our customer that works better, even if we don't sell it. However, if the HD leads work without any problems, why would you need to use them?

I don't have any experience with the F.O. leads. How much do those bad boys cost, and what all are the benifits and any drawbacks?

Mike.

Your right Mike, I appologize, it was only meant as not promoting what you don't sell, but I guess I shouldn't have said it the way I did.

Here is what one of the flyers and users of Hitec servos had to say about them.
