Sticks to lose?

I have a Hitec Flash 5 radio. The sticks seem really "lose " to me .Way more than my skysport I have for my trainier. Another guy has the same radio as me and his seem tighter also. Is there any way to tighten up the tenison on the sticks? Thanks, JT

They are adjustable but you have to go inside the radio to do it.
