Default New Qpcm receiver acting strange

I recentily purchased another Qpcm receiver for my Texas Hurricane. I had another one in the plane and took it out for a nother project. Today when i hook all my servos back in the new receiver on the elevators which are 645 s hook with a y and the alerons when the servos center they chatter and bounce up and down for a second then settle down. I have never had nor had this problem with the other identical reciever .I tried all the usuall things to isolate the problem , bypassed the switch , rerouted antena, changed shifts on the radio and you name it i done it. Any ideas of what could be causing this glitch. The servos act up when the motor is not running or running.

What voltage battery?

Is the problem realized fresh off charge or anytime?

Do you have some additional servos to test the RX with outside the model?

New crystal? Hitec crystal?

Lastly its possible the RX is the problem.

No as soon as i start moving the sticks again the servos still chatter and move irractic . I just switched out the receiver when my other qpcm receiver everything works ok with it so it has to be the new receiver will send it back to Hitec.
