I bought an Ecipse that was purchased in April 2002. It came with channel 56 module. I need channel 36. I understand I can send it in to have it changed for $16.50. If I sent it in, how long 'til I get it back?
Thanks for the help.

5-7 working days is the typical repair time from the time we get it until we ship it back out. Figure 3 days for shipping to TX.
I guess that is the long way of saying two weeks or less!
Mike.

Thanks Mike, that will save me some $ and not take too long.
I'd like to say I really appreciate Hitec providing support via RCUniverse. I'm sure there are some tough questions (people) that you have to deal with at times.
It takes much courage and forthrightness to go online to provide support in a public forum. Hitec is to be commended.

Here's the info: http://www.hitecrcd.com/Support/service_and_repair.htm
okito- I would suggest you ask that question in the main forum. I personally don't know. Are the same as Futaba?
