Default servo gear slop fix

I heard that if you develop gear slop on your servos (metal gears) you can rotate the gears to an unused portion of the gear teeth. Is this true. If yes how do you do it? I have a bunch of 5945s and 5625s that I would like to change. Some of them have significant slop making it dangerous for flutter.

Yes. you can rotate the servos gear-train to tighten things up.

Remvoe the cap and rotate the top gear 180 degrees.

You mean the one that has the stopper on it? Isn't that stopper supposed to be in a certain place?

Sorry I could have been more specific. Rotate the center gear.
