To receive the best possible service we recommend the following
Print This Form, Hitec Repair Request PDF , or Word Doc
Fill it out in it's entirety, being as comprehensive as possible.
Package your return just as it was packed when you purchased it.
Include with it: The return form and, if claiming warranty work, your receipt showing date of purchase
Using a traceable shiping method Ship your return to:
Hitec Customer Service Center
12115 Paine St
Poway CA, 92064
We will send you a tracking card noting that we have received your repair. Use this number when refering to your repair. ( if you do not receive a tracking card within 10 working days from the day you send your return in, you may want to contact the service department)
Our goal is to ship your repair back out within 5 days from the day we get it. Unfortunately we cannot always accomplish this due to seasonal fluctuations in our workload. You can always contact our service department @ [email protected] or call (858) 748-6948 to find out just how long the current turnaround time is.

It has been quite some time since i sent my multiplex receiver to you. Have you sent me a card?
I haven't received one.
Could you give me an idea when you will be shipping my receiver to me?
