HFP-10 Programmer

Mike, my HFP-10 will only charge to 1.03 volts. That is after about twenty-five hours on charger (Hitec). Also, program CW/CCW switches are backwards. Help!!!

Sorry, Mike, about the V1.03. I thought it was volts. I still have questions about the switches being reversed.

As far as Ican tell it does, just use oppsite buttons. This thing has all kind of possibilities, if I can just figure them
out.
