Converting Hitec RX's.
I have 4 Hitec 535 and 555 RX's for the old Airtronics connectors. They all work well and I'd like to "convert" them over to the newer "JR/Hitec" connectors and I can use "non_old AIRT" servos.
This would involve chaning the case to get the keyways that accept the JR connectors, as well as change the pin assignment (signal/pos/neg pins) over from "old AIRT" to the JR system.
I assume that there are jumpers/traces on the printed circuit board that I can alter to get the new pin assignments (I've not looked, but it makes sense that a "generic PCB" is used, and the pin assignments are set however).
I wonder if replacement cases are available so it can use servos with the new connectors.
Have a good New Year!
