"Whiney" digitals?

Hey Mike! A buddy of mine has a Hangar 9 Edge 540 w/ 5945's on ele. + rud. and they whine all the time the radio is on...I've got no experience w/ digitals, and he says that it's normal, is that true? Just wonderin', Thanks.

"Whiney" digitals?

The normal servo updates about every 8usecs. The Hitec digitals update every 1usecs. This is the whine you hear and it is normal.
