Hi, Is there a way to program my optic 6 to control a glider with separate ailerons using a 4 ch receiver? I am flying very small gliders and it would be nice to use tiny 4 ch receivers instead of larger 5, 6 or 8 channel receivers. I would like ch1: right aileron, ch2: elevator, and ch 3 or 4: left aileron. I can add power on the open channel or anywhere using a y connector.
Thanks!
Thanks!

You would have to do a PMix, or you can use the Hitec 5 channel(ch-1,2,3,4,6):

Micro 05S which is set up that way

Thanks, With a PMix would I be able to control the ailerons separately and, for example, use them as spoilerons, or would it be just like using a y connector on one channel?

Using the above mentioned receiver the ailerons would be on seperate channels (1 and 6) when you activate the flpn (flaperon) mix. This mix will also allow you to use the ailerons as a flap or a spoiler when using the land mix function.
