Hitec Flash 5 Transmitter battery
 
G'day all,

A friend of mine is getting back into RC. He has an older Hitec Flash 5 radio and the batteries need to be replaced. I have seem the Lipo TX batteries on the market putting out 11.1V

Will the Transmitter handle the voltages of the Lipo? What do we need to do to be able to use the Lipo.:confused:

advice much appreicated
