Dual elevators without ailevator

I have an Optic 6 which I adore so far.
My qestion: How do I set up dual elevators without mixing them to the ailerons, and still have the ability to affect both servos with the elevator-trim (which should exclude the PMX-function I guess)?

In the AILV menu, set the percentage to 0% when ch 1 is the master.
