Digital servo software version

I purchased 5645 servos for my 90 size Funtana. Went back and forth with MFR for centering issue. These brand new servos are sitting on the shelf collecting dust.
I purchased 5945 servos for my 90 size Funtana. Nice servos. Centering issue went away.
Also purchased the HFP-10 programmer. What is the lattest version of the software for the programmer and how can I find out what version software the programmer shipped with (e.g. 1.04, 1.05 etc..)? Their is a green sticker on the side with 05.5 on it.

thank in advance

RE: Digital servo software version

5600 series servos are 3-pole cored motors, they without doubt will not center as consistently as a coreless motored servo it’s physically impossible. That said a 3-poled digitally amplified servo is a better than a standard analog servo hands down.

The Latest software revision for Hitec digitals is v1.04. But is not required unless you have v1.04 servos, v1.04 revision offers no improvements on early revision servos.

The desired revision for anything but v1.04 revision servos is v1.03 software.

Turn on the programmer and note the revision number immediately after power up. The latest release programmers with v1.04 display HFP-10 while earlier stuff displays v1.01, v1.02 and v1.03...
