Optic case back replacement
 

Hitec has just received the first shipment of the new Optic case back in limited quantities. We would ask that you only send your radios in at this time if you are experiencing problems.

We are happy to replace these for our customers, but if everyone sends their radios in at the same time we will not be able to replace them all at this time and its possible that your radio will sit here until we receive the next shipment.

Also note that the "tape" fix has resolved the problems 90%+ of the time, so we would suggest if this method is working for you at this time that you wait to send in your radio.

Hitec apologizes for this inconvenience, but rest assured that we will do everything in our power to make sure that all our customer are satisfied.
