Hitec 645 MG Servo Problem
 

I have two new 645 MG servos using on the flaps on a new plane. One flap servo linkage is tight and very little slop on the trailing edge of the flap. The other I can move the trailing edge of the flap up and down about 1/4-3/8 of an inch. I can see the servo arm moving but on the opposite flap it dosent move nearly as much. Have tried eliminating the connectors and plugging the servo directly into the receiver also. Any other suggestions?
