Hitec programmer and transmitter question
If I use a programmer to set my sub-trim and end points, is this one of the advantages of a programmer, not having to touch the ATV and sub-trim on my Futaba 9C? I'm thinking of getting the programmer, and really don't quite know if I understand the real advantage. I know that having my sub-trim moved and my ATV all over the place, say between the two wings, and seperate aileron servos, that my servo speeds might not match up the same, is this right?

RE: Hitec programmer and transmitter question
You have the basic concept well in hand. There are more contrite advantages whereas you can actually match servos and the servo to the TX and or model specifically. Nothing in the RC world can match the abilities of HFP-10 Programmer and programmable digitals.

RE: Hitec programmer and transmitter question
Good, I was hoping I was on the right track. I think I'm going to order one. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but say I get my servos centered with the programmer and set my end points, everything is perfect. Now, since I have a Futaba 9C, when I plug the servos into the Futaba receiver, will my center and end points most likely be off a hair, since Futaba uses a different pulse code or whatever it is? If this is true, I guess this is when and where I would use the Radio to get my center back and readjust my ATV. (All with a much smaller percentage, right?)
