Measuring Pulse Width
I have a new HFP-20 programmer and it won't read the pulse width on my JR921 (Spektrum AR9000) 2.4 receiver. When the Measure Pulse option is select it just reads 0us. The receiver as well as the transmitter are turned on, and the receiver channel is plugged into the servo jack on the programmer. Power is getting to the programmer because it turns on when power is turned on for the receiver.

Is the 921 in failsafe mode?.......JR921 "Key Features DuaLink®.............SmartSafe™ fail-safe system................ Two types of fail-safe Overview: The JR R921 receiver combines Spektrum’s exclusive, patent-pending DSM2 protocol—plus the brand’s DuaLink™ feature—and the result has been revolutionar This dual path redundancy, plus the fact that each of the two receivers is located in a slightly different location exposes each to a different RF environment " In need, please refer to your instruction sheet or JR Service as to a bypass or method of shutting down failsafe. Regards Alan T. Alan's Hobby, Model & RC FAQ Web Links Alan, I've been to New Zealand and jumped off the Sky Tower in downtown Auckland. I was caught in a weaker moment since I don't like heights, needed clean shorts afterwards. See a couple of the pictures at this link. http://www.lundyweb.net/Australia/Ne...and/index.html Chuck |
