MPX 12 DS IPD Rx programming
Hi All
I've just acquired a "new" 12 DS IPD and am having trouble with the programming/failsafe. It should have had a programming plug included with the unit, but that's another story. I've made up a plug connecting signal and negative and have followed the instructions exactly (and tried other sequences) with no joy. The Rx works normally if I leave the plug in the "D" socket, but no reaction at all if it's removed. Any thoughts on a fix, or do I have a dud? Cheers, Peter |

If the reciever does not work with the plug removed... then it sounds like the reciever has a problem. The plug is only used for programming the failsafe and is removed before flying.

Thanks for the input Tony.
It seems that I was taken for a little ride. The seller claimed the unit was NIB, New-in-Box, but didn't supply the programming plug. I should have realised then and there that I probably had a dud. Why would he supply the plug when he knew it would prove the Rx to be defective? Thanks again, Peter |
