New Aurora 9 battery problem... maybe??

I just bought a new Aurora 9 and it charged fine the first time.... I think. But I set everything up for my first in-flight use of the radio and the 9 channel receiver. I checked the radio (tx) yesterday and saw that it was at 80% battery. I hooked it up to the wall charger and charged over night. When I pulled it off the charger this morning and got to the field, it was still at 80%. My laptop was hooked to the outlet where the charger was... so it was charging. Any idea what could be the problem? What do I need to do? Also, if I want to switch to a higher capacity LIPO... is there a certain one I need to use so it fits?

Some have made the mistake of pluging the charger into the data port instead of the charging port.........
