hi guys, i am shedding some weight off my savage xl,and i was wondering were can i buy a carbon fiber bulk head plate?

That wouldn't last long. To be honest, the best way to shed weight from your XL is to buy a truggy. Savages are going to be heavy no matter what.

hey TBJ, wouldn't last long? why? i thought carbon fiber are stronger that aluminum? how about engine plate? is it advisable to use a carbon fiber engine plate?

Not necessarily, it depends on the quality of it and where its used. I had CF hinge pins, turnbuckles, and hinge pin braces. Out of all of that stuff, I've broken the pins, and 1 turnbuckle. CF plates should be fine.

And yes CF is stronger than aluminum, but it will crack under high stress situations. Aluminum will deflect and bend a small bit if anything.

What RCNH said. This just doesn't seem like it would last long, especially with the bend in the kickup acting like a stress riser.
